Civil Air Patrol
The United States Civil Air Patrol is the official auxillary of the United States Air Force. Chartered by congress December 1, 1941, the CAP has been performing important service missions for over 50 years.

Our Missions
CAP has three main missions, they are: Aerospace Education, Emergency Services and the Cadet Program.

Aerospace Education includes teaching the general public about aerospace as well as aerospace instruction and flight opportunities within the Cadet Program.

Emergency Services includes providing disaster relief, search & rescue, and civil defense missions.

The Cadet Program is the core program for teaching leadership principles to young people. Thousands of youth across the nation participate in the CAP Cadet PRogram and are being trained to become our nations next generation of leaders.
